On August 31, 2023, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Employees Training Plan’s next meeting was conducted. Davron Shodmonbekzoda, First Deputy General Director opened the event and noted that themes such as “National traditions – reflector ancestors culture and civilization” and “Tourism – reflector rich culture of statehood” are important and their discussion is timely at the same time with previous Employees Training Plan topics.

   

Abbos Afsahzoda, Deputy of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Aviation Training Center Chairman made a speech on ancient history and culture of Tajik nation, revival of ancestors’ traditions and their protection. It was emphasized that the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, adopted the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan” and above law implementation have caused serious political, social, economic and cultural changes in society. Regarding national traditions, culture and civilization, exchange of views took place between participants.

   

In the continuation of the event Shakarmoh Manzarshoeva, enterprise Aviation Meteorological Center engineer-meteorologist delivered a speech on “Tourism – reflector rich culture of statehood” and highlighted that tourism is one of the important areas for population employment, raising the people’s living standards, tourism services and production development, as well as presentation history and culture, nature and national traditions. Fortunately, in recent years, various types of tourism, including sports, mountaineering, historical and cultural, ethnographic, therapeutic, sanatorium and spa tourism are developing in Tajikistan. 

 

Taking into consideration the fact that 93% of the Republic of Tajikistan territory is mountainous, currently, 6 priority areas of tourism have been determined, which are mountaineering, mountain and sports, alpinism, historical and cultural, ethnographic and ecological tourisms. “Tourism Strategy Development in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030” second stage implementation will contribute to significant changes in the industry, attract more tourists to Tajikistan and increase the economy.

Making Tajikistan transit country, especially in the field of civil aviation, is one of the key SUE “Tajikairnavigation” tasks, and all necessary measures are being taken to achieve it.In the end, necessary recommendations have been suggested regarding the discussed issues.
