Dear youth of Tajikistan! 

I sincerely congratulate you on occasion Youth Day of Tajikistan that annually celebrates on May 23 throughout our beloved motherland, Independent Tajikistan. Under wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan pays special attention to youth and care in the independence period, provides all the necessary conditions for their comprehensive development. Because Tajikistan is considered a country of youth and their role and influence are clearly felt today in all aspects of governance. In this process, it should be noted that SUE “Tajikairnavigation” is considered one of the young enterprises indepednce period of the Republic of Tajikistan and is currently developing and taking all necessary measures to support youth in the field of civil aviation, especially tajikairnavigation. It should be mentioned that most SUE “Tajikairnavigation” employees consisted of youth. In order to improve youth working conditions, enhance their knowledge, correspond their skills to labour market requirements, as well as improve their level of foreign language knowledge have been created all necessary measures, in this way, there is realizing their qualification training within and abroad of the republic. To support and encourage talented youth, competitions are being conducted and the winners are awarded prizes, which lays the foundation for their motivation. As well as important measures are taken by the management to support the youth policy and attract young professionals to the field. It should be emphasized that activities in the peaceful atmosphere of the country, the most important thing is to ensure the atmosphere of peace and stability, tranquility of the country, education of young people in the spirit of patriotism, protection of national values, self-awareness and self-knowledge, paying tribute to the high historical and cultural values of the nation is the main direction of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” activity. Once again, I congratulate all youth of the country on the occasion of Tajikistan Youth Day and wish each of them success in their activities, health and peaceful atmosphere.
