The festive event was hosted at the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and Civil Aviation Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event was attended by the enterprise management, staff, and industry veterans.

At the start of the event, Loik Begijonzoda, General Director of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, delivered the address, extending sincere congratulations to the staff and industry veterans on the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and Civil Aviation Day.

It was noted that state independence created favourable conditions for the sustainable development of all spheres of the country’s life, and civil aviation also entered a new stage of development during this period. Thanks to the constructive and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Honourable Emomali Rahmon, civil aviation has become a key area of the country’s socio-economic development. Extensive opportunities have been created for modernizing infrastructure, implementing modern technologies, and enhancing the quality of aviation services.

At the same time, the operations of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” have expanded significantly, with the enterprise being equipped with modern air navigation hardware and technologies. The modernization of air traffic service systems, implementation of digital technologies, and use of state-of-the-art equipment contribute to enhancing the safety, efficiency, and quality of air navigation services.

General Director emphasized that current achievements are the result of the dedicated work of industry personnel, wealth of experience possessed by veterans, and creation of favorable conditions for the development of aviation. At the same time, responsibility of industry personnel for ensuring safety and uninterrupted flow of air traffic was highlighted as a paramount task.

Subsequently, Davron Shodmonbekzoda, First Deputy SUE “Tajikairnavigation” General Director, delivered the speech highlighting the significance of state independence for the development of various sectors of the country, including civil aviation.

It was noted that independence represents not only a political achievement for Tajikistan but as well as a vital foundation for the country’s economic, social, and technical development. The independence has created extensive opportunities to develop the aviation sector, train highly qualified specialists, and implement new technologies. Against this backdrop, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” has organized its operations in line with modern standards and achieved significant success in air traffic services.

In his remarks, Rahimjon Saidzoda, Deputy General Director of the enterprise, highlighted state independence as a key factor in the development of the aviation sector and outlined the modernization of the enterprise technical infrastructure, the implementation of modern air navigation equipment, and the use of advanced technologies.

It was emphasized that throughout the years of independence, the enterprise has consistently prioritized the reconstruction and modernization of its technical infrastructure. Modern equipment and advanced air navigation systems have been put into operation. This process is crucial for ensuring high-quality service, efficient air traffic management, and enhanced flight safety.

Karomatullo Saidov, Head of the HR and Labour Department of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, spoke next, discussing the roles played by both experienced staff and young specialists in the enterprise’s development.

It was noted that the progress of any sector depends primarily on human capital—specifically the professionalism, sense of responsibility, and conscientious work of its employees. Since the country gained independence, the enterprise has implemented measures to enhance staff skills and knowledge, train young specialists, and create a suitable working environment.

Karomatullo Saidov emphasized that the achievements of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” are the result of collective effort, with every employee making a significant contribution to the enterprise growth and the smooth operation of the air navigation sector. Furthermore, recognizing the contributions of dedicated employees and industry veterans was highlighted as a key factor in motivating the workforce.

Industry veterans also spoke at the event, sharing their recollections of the journey taken by the country’s civil aviation sector and the development of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

The veterans emphasized that modern working conditions differ significantly from the capabilities available during their early years in the field. While the technology and equipment used in the past often complicated the work of specialists, today’s industry professionals utilize modern equipment, digital technologies, and advanced air navigation systems.

It was highly commended the development of the enterprise technical infrastructure, the high level of staff professionalism, and the creation of favorable working conditions, expressing their gratitude to the management for their commitment to the sector advancement and the preservation of the veterans’ experience.

In addition, a number of the enterprise employees delivered speeches at the event, addressing the role of state independence in the development of aviation, industry achievements, the activities of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, and the staff's contribution to ensuring safety and providing air traffic services.

During the concluding part of the event, industry veterans were presented with awards for their significant contribution to the development of civil aviation and their many years of dedicated service.

In addition, a number of employees were awarded with diplomas for their effective performance, high level of professional responsibility, and significant contribution to the development of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

The festive meeting took place in a festive atmosphere and a spirit of high patriotism, once again demonstrating that, throughout the era of state independence, Tajikistan’s civil aviation has been developing steadily; leveraging modern technologies, workforce potential, and the experience of veterans, the sector is making firm strides toward further progress.
