On August 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, during a working trip to Hissor city, put into operation the newly built Mother's Prayer Alley in the Kamoli Khujandi neighborhood of Hissor town.

This facility was built with the aim of creating a favorable environment for residents to relax and have fun, and has become one of the most beautiful and pleasant places in the neighborhood.

Construction work on this site began in May 2026 and was completed in a short time using modern construction methods. The alley is located on an area of 0.40 hectares, and 27 local residents were provided with temporary jobs during the construction work.

The Mother's Prayer Alley has a green and pleasant environment, and colorful flowers, shady trees, and other types of ornamental plants have been planted on its territory. The illumination of the promenade has also given its appearance a fresh look, creating favorable conditions for residents to walk and relax.

In its center stands a statue of a mother, which expresses sincere respect for the greatest source of love and affection - the mother.

A mother is considered the first teacher of a child, a nurturer and a guide on the path of life. It is for this purpose that the promenade was given the symbolic name of Mother's Prayer.

During the acquaintance with the Mother's Prayer promenade, the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, paid special attention to the issue of honoring the status of the mother and respecting her as the most sacred person in the life of every person.

He also emphasized that the mother is a great and sacred personality, and her respect and appreciation are considered the filial duty of every person.

On August 11, after the opening of the Mother's Prayer Alley, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put into operation the new building of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Hissor.

The new building was built on the basis of the constructive policy of the Leader of the Nation and in order to create appropriate conditions for the activities of party structures.

The building was designed in a classical style, taking into account the requirements of the general plan of the city of Hissor and in order to adapt its appearance to the existing architectural environment.

National elements and high urban planning art were widely used in its interior and exterior decoration.

The building provides the necessary conditions for the activities of the employees of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Hissor.

The facility has 11 offices, two meeting rooms, and other rooms. One of the important parts of the building is the library, which houses a wide collection of scientific and artistic literature, valuable works, and works by the Leader of the Nation.

The President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the construction of the facility was carried out with the assistance of the Executive Body of State Power of the city of Hissor and the support of the Central Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan by a domestic entrepreneur, an active member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, director of the Bunyodkor Sokhtmon Limited Liability Company, Mirojiddin Yorov.

The Head of State highly appreciated the initiative of the patriotic entrepreneur, considering this initiative a vivid example of cooperation between the state and society and the contribution of domestic entrepreneurs to development and construction.

In fact, the development of modern infrastructure and the construction of social and administrative facilities not only changes the appearance of cities and districts, but also lays the foundation for creating better conditions for the activities of employees and providing services to the population.

The new building also provides the necessary opportunities to strengthen advocacy and campaigning activities, increase the political and legal awareness of citizens, and attract more residents to public initiatives and republican competitions.

While familiarizing himself with the conditions of the building, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, instructed the employees of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan to effectively use the opportunities provided and increase responsibility, loyalty to the state and nation, and a high sense of patriotism in their activities.

 
On August 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened the Safiya Preschool Institution in the Hayoti Nav village of Hissor city.

The newly built facility was built with high quality and modern conditions by the patriotic entrepreneur Islomiddin Abduqodirzoda in accordance with the educational policy of the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

The institution educates 200 children, and 16 teachers and their assistants, all of whom are experienced and have pedagogical qualifications, are involved in working with them.

The total number of employees in the preschool institution is 32 people.

The building has 21 spacious classrooms, including 8 bedrooms and recreation rooms, a canteen and auxiliary facilities, each of which is equipped with the necessary equipment and educational materials.

The institution provides educational and training courses in Tajik, Russian, and English languages, and a music hall is also operating to awaken the aesthetic taste of children.

During a visit to the kindergarten, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work done and the opportunities provided, and expressed gratitude to the hardworking entrepreneur for his constructive initiative.

The Head of State instructed that children with disabilities, orphans, and destitute children be provided with free clothing and school supplies.

The respected entrepreneur Islomiddin Abduqodirzoda informed that in the near future he would build residential houses for the teachers of the preschool institution.

During a sincere conversation with teachers and officials, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave them instructions and guidance on establishing high-quality education, forming personalities, teaching students modern knowledge, raising children in the spirit of patriotism, and instilling respect and loyalty to the land of their ancestors in their hearts from an early age.

 

On August 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, remotely opened a number of important social, production, and service facilities during his working visit to the city of Hissor.

In the village of Ganjobod, Sharora town, Secondary Educational Institution No. 144 was opened for 672 students in two shifts. The new educational institution has 17 classrooms, subject rooms, and work and auxiliary rooms.

At the same time, Secondary Educational Institution No. 145 was opened in the village of Tuda, Mirzo Rizo community of Hissor city. The facility consists of classrooms equipped with important educational materials and other necessary infrastructure. It is designed for 960 students in two shifts.

In the village of Rujon, Navobod community, Secondary Educational Institution No. 78 for 384 students was put into operation in two shifts. The educational institution consists of 8 classrooms, study rooms, a library and other auxiliary rooms, and is equipped with a modern heating system.

In the village of Navruz, Hissor district, Secondary Educational Institution No. 124 for 434 students was opened in two shifts. The building of the institution was built with a modern architectural design and consists of 9 classrooms and 3 work rooms.

In the village of Barakat, Mirzo Tursunzoda district, Hissor city, a new additional educational building was put into operation near Secondary Educational Institution No. 57 for 768 students in two shifts. The new educational building consists of two floors and 16 spacious classrooms, and favorable conditions have been created for studying a number of important subjects, including biology, mathematics, information technology, and English.

In continuation of the measures, in the village of Turdiqishloq, Navobod community, an additional educational building was put into operation at the Secondary Educational Institution No. 69 to accommodate 576 students in two shifts. The new educational building consists of two floors and has 12 spacious classrooms.

At the same time, in the village of Sitora, Navobod community, an additional educational building was put into operation at the Secondary Educational Institution No. 43, which can accommodate up to 576 students in two shifts. The new building consists of two floors and has 12 classrooms and a study room.

In the Rudaki neighborhood of the Hissor town, the Nuri Istiqlol preschool educational institution was put into operation for 150 children. The building consists of two floors and provides education and upbringing of children in three languages - Tajik, Russian, and English.

Also, in the village of Obigarm, Navobod, the Khadija Private Preschool Educational Institution for 140 children was opened. The building consists of 8 spacious classrooms, bedrooms, a canteen, and other auxiliary facilities, all of which are equipped with the necessary equipment and modern educational tools.

As part of the measures, the Sharshara Hotel and Wellness Center was put into operation in the village of Hissor. The Sharshara Hotel and Wellness Center is located on an area of 5,500 square meters and combines recreation, health and sports opportunities in one complex.

In the village of Mehrgon, Khonaqohi Kuhi community, a new building of the Almosi village police station of Hissor city was opened. The commissioning of the new building is evidence of the continuation of the constructive policy in the country and the constant attention of the state leadership to the development of the infrastructure of law enforcement agencies.

Also on this day, the Hokim Palace was inaugurated in the village of Hissor, Hissor district. This facility was built as part of the reconstruction project of the Hissor Fortress Historical and Cultural Reserve, and it will serve as one of the important historical and cultural sites for the presentation of the ancient Tajik civilization.

In its construction and decoration, the characteristic elements of historical architecture were taken into account, while at the same time the necessary conditions for modern use were created.

In the village of Dehi Nav, Mirzo Rizo community, the Iron and Plastic Processing Plant of the Hoji Sharif Limited Liability Company began operating. The production capacity of the enterprise is 1,200 tons of products per month. This indicator allows to meet the demand for domestically produced products in the domestic market and reduce dependence on imports of some types of products.

In the village of Sitora, Navobod community, the poultry breeding enterprise of the ARK AGRO Limited Liability Company was put into operation. The enterprise has 9 production workshops and auxiliary buildings with a total area of more than 15 thousand square meters.

In the village of Hissor, Hissor city, a dry construction materials production plant of Barkh Limited Liability Company was put into operation. This plant was built on an area of 3 thousand 897 square meters.

Here various adhesives for tiles, marble, ceramic granite, and other building materials are produced. The capacity of the enterprise allows for the production of a total of 60 types of construction products.

A production enterprise of the Bosfor Tijorat Limited Liability Company was opened in the village of Boghiston, Somon community. During the construction of the facility, more than 50 local residents were temporarily employed, and with the commissioning of the enterprise, permanent jobs were created for 30 people.

The enterprise has three production lines, and is capable of producing 14 types of products. Its production capacity is up to 80 kg of sunflower seeds, 50 kg of dried potatoes, and 50 kg of corn per hour.

During the working visit of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, to the city of Hissor, 8 secondary educational institutions with a capacity of 5,136 students in two shifts, 4 preschool institutions with a capacity of 640 children, 8 industrial enterprises, 4 tourist facilities, 3 service facilities, in total, creating almost 700 permanent jobs were built and put into operation.

Also, as part of preparations for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, 58 km of roads were paved in the city of Hissor.

It is worth noting that according to the Action Plan for 2022-2026, 1,809 facilities were to be built in the city of Hissor. To date, 1,848 facilities have been built and put into operation, which is 102.2% of the plan.

The newly built facilities have created 1,034 jobs.
