In order to implement the National Strategy in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2030, with the participation of women and girls of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” a round table was hosted.

In the course of the event, it was emphasized that the Strategy aims to enhance the women status, their role in political, social, economic and social life, ensure gender equality and equal rights between women and men, attract women to leadership positions, and create broad opportunities for women and girls to gain professional qualifications in the country.

It was stressed that in the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” is implementing the Action Plan for the National Strategy for Activating the Role of Women in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2030 and is taking timely measures to implement it.

It was also noted that the implementation of this Strategy will contribute to improving the status of women in the enterprise, developing their professional skills and improving their qualifications, supporting young female specialists, attracting more women to the sectors of air navigation and civil aviation, and strengthening their role in the development of the industry.
