On 5 February 2026, a meeting was hosted at the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” to explain and analyze the Address of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 16 December 2025 “On the Main Directions of the Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan” as part of the enterprise Action Plan.

The meeting was attended by Masrur Nazirov, Chief Specialist of the Airport and Air Navigation Regulation Division of the Regulation and Standards Department of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as enterprise management and employees.

 

The meeting was opened by Davron Shodmonbekzoda, First Deputy General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, who highlighted the key points of the Leader of the Nation’s Address. It was noted that the President’s Address, as a guiding document, defines the priority areas for the development of the state and society, serves as guidance for each sector employee in their daily activities.

 

Then, Sharaf Izzatulloev, Head of the enterprise Contractual-legal Department, analyzed the content of the Address from a legal point of view and the fulfilment of the tasks set before state structures, emphasizing that the effective implementation of the instructions and orders of the Leader of the Nation would contribute to strengthening the sector activities and the sustainable development of the enterprise.

 

Continuing the meeting, Karomatullo Saidov, Head of the Human Resources and Labour Department of the enterprise, discussed issues related to the civil aviation sector, in particular the development of airport infrastructure and air navigation services. It was noted that, in light of the instructions and recommendations of the Leader of the Nation, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, as a key provider of air navigation services, plays an important role in ensuring flight safety and improving the level and quality of services. In recent years, the enterprise has carried out a phased modernization of air navigation equipment and has practically begun to adapt the system to international standards, including the implementation of the PBN project, on the territory of the republic. A number of additional measures to fulfil the tasks specified in the Address are also planned for 2026.

 

It was also emphasized that education and culture, as the foundation of society’s spiritual and intellectual development, occupy an important place in the annual Address of the Leader of the Nation. In this regard, Abbos Afsahzod, Deputy Head of the Aviation Training Centre, analyzed issues related to improving the legal, cultural and professional education of employees, emphasizing the need to constantly improve the level of knowledge and worldview of specialists.

Following the meeting, it was noted that, with the initiative of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” management, specific measures are being taken to implement the tasks set out in the latest Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli. The employees of the enterprise are guided by the Address of the Leader of the Nation in their professional activities and make constant efforts to effectively fulfil the tasks set and contribute to the development of civil aviation in the country.
