On December 9, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the city of Tursunzoda to familiarize himself with the living conditions of the people, the process of improvement and construction works, and the opening of a number of facilities of various purposes.

First, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the second phase of the Aluminum Prof Limited Liability Company with a capacity of 8,760 tons of plastic products per year.

We remind that on August 26, 2021, during the opening of the first phase, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, laid the foundation stone for the construction of the second phase of the enterprise.

During the visit, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the enterprise produces more than 5 different types of plastic products that meet international standards. The enterprise's products are exported 100 percent.

The enterprise is one of the industrial facilities dedicated to the national holiday of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, and contributes to the effective implementation of the years 2022-2026 - Years of Industrial Development.

The regular operation of the second stage of the enterprise will meet the needs of the domestic market with 5 types of high-quality domestic import-substituting products, including plastic profiles, plastic pipes, rubber, butyl, etc., and will contribute to a decrease in their prices. Currently, for the effective operation and high-quality processing of the enterprise's products, more than 80 local specialists have been provided with permanent jobs, 35% of whom are women.

The enterprise produces various types of plastic and rubber profiles for assembling individual parts of doors and windows, installing various furniture parts, plastic pipes for water supply in high-rise buildings, and a number of other products.

During the introduction, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, emphasized that special attention should be paid to further increasing the volume of production, improving the quality of products, and reducing their prices.

Here, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, the project for the construction of the third stage of the Aluminum Prof Limited Liability Company was presented.

During the presentation, it was reported that the third stage will consist of 4 workshops, through which the annual processing of aluminum will be increased to 8,000 tons.

After the third stage of the enterprise is put into operation, the number of employees will be increased to 300.

In the next stage, a new list of industrial products from aluminum will be produced at this enterprise.

The officials expressed gratitude for the constant attention and support of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, for the development of the industrial sector, and received specific instructions and recommendations for increasing the volume of competitive products and contributing to the effective implementation of the sector.

Currently, more than 100 small and large industrial enterprises operate in the city of Tursunzoda, and their output in the first 10 months of 2025 reached more than one and a half billion somoni, which is 185 million somoni more than in the same period in 2024.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, after commissioning the private preschool educational institution "Ghunchahoi Istiqlol" in Tursunzoda city, also remotely put into operation the private kindergarten "Dunyoi Shirin" on Jaloliddin Balkhi Street, the preschool institution "Labkhandi kudak" in the village of Regar, the kindergarten "Joni Bobo" in Tursunzoda city, private kindergartens "Shukufa" and "Lola", as well as a kindergarten near the institution in the village of Shurkhok.

The private preschool institution "Dunyoi Shirin" was built by a patriotic entrepreneur in accordance with the educational policy of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, with high quality and modern conditions.

60 children are enrolled in the newly built educational facility, where 6 teachers and assistant teachers, all of whom are experienced and have pedagogical qualifications, are working with them.

In the private kindergarten "Labkhandi kudak", favorable and modern conditions are created for the intellectual, educational, and moral development of children.

The building has 12 rooms, including 4 bedrooms, classrooms and methodological rooms, administrative offices, a medical room, and a special hall for sports and physical development. Each classroom is equipped with new furniture and equipment, visual and educational aids, and educational toys.

With the commissioning of this kindergarten, 23 experienced teachers are provided with permanent jobs, which contributes to the improvement of the social situation and the raising of the standard of living of women in the city.

The private preschool institution "Joni Bobo" in the city of Tursunzoda provides favorable opportunities for the intellectual, moral, and physical development of preschool children. 350 children are enrolled in this educational institution, and 30 teachers and their assistants are involved in education.

"Shukufa" kindergarten in the city of Tursunzoda was built in accordance with the instructions of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, and in anticipation of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence.

The new building of the institution is designed to accommodate 100 children.

Another educational facility that was put into operation by the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, in online format, is the private kindergarten "Lola", which was built with the contribution of a patriotic entrepreneur.

The preschool institution near the institution in the village of Shurkhok was built for 50 children. During its construction, local residents were provided with temporary work.

Also, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in the village of Jovidon, Qaratogh jamoat, Tursunzoda city, virtually put into operation the "Shahriyor" private preschool educational institution.

In accordance with the education-oriented policy of the Government of the country and worthy great celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence, the building of this kindergarten was completely renovated, refurbished, and modernized by the entrepreneur Rajabzoda Shavkat.

The Head of State was informed that the "Shahriyor" kindergarten is designed for 80 children.

With the commissioning of this facility, 10 local specialists from among women have been employed.

The renovation and reconstruction work at this institution began in August 2025 and was completed in December 2025.

The kindergarten has spacious study and recreation rooms with beds, wardrobes, tables, and chairs, and various toys.

While getting acquainted with the activities of 6 private kindergartens, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work done and the opportunities provided, and expressed satisfaction with the constructive initiatives of patriotic entrepreneurs.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, instructed the education officials of the city of Tursunzoda to provide children with quality education, develop their personality, study modern knowledge, instill patriotism, and undertake all measures from their early age to instill respect and loyalty to the homeland in their hearts.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned a new aluminum products plant, "Aluminiyi Avvalin" Limited Liability Company, in the city of Tursunzoda.

This plant was built by domestic entrepreneur Azizov Khurshed, together with the foreign company Treks Muhandislik, in honor of the great national holiday - 35th anniversary of state independence, on a total area of 6.2 hectares of land. Foundation work at the aluminum products plant began in October 2022 and was completed within the specified time frame with high quality.

The new facility was built in the city of Tursunzoda and is one of the most important enterprises in the aluminum processing industry in the country. It was reported that the plant is equipped with advanced technological lines with a capacity to produce 40 types of aluminum profiles and 10 thousand tons of high-quality products per year.

With the start of operation of the enterprise, 160 permanent jobs have been created for local residents.

The enterprise's products meet international standards and, in addition to supplying the domestic market, also provide opportunities for export to foreign countries.

During the acquaintance with the production process, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, visited the main sectors of the enterprise and analyzed the technological process, the level of training of specialists, and the possibilities of further development. It was emphasized that the creation of such processing enterprises is a solid step on the path to the rapid industrialization of the country.

The opening of "Aluminiyi Avvalin" LLC is considered another important step in the implementation of the constructive policy of the state leadership towards strengthening the economic potential of Tajikistan.

Finally, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, visited the exhibition of products of the city's industrial enterprises. At it, local enterprises exhibited their products, innovations, and production capabilities. During the introduction, the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to those responsible for the further development of the industry, the processing of domestic raw materials, especially primary aluminum, import substitution, and increasing the volume of exports of finished products.
