On November 19, 2025, a meeting of national state customers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member states on the Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS member states for the period 2023–2026, as well as the 64th meeting of the Interstate Council of the CIS member states entitled “Radionavigation”, began in Dushanbe. This high-level international event is organized and hosted by the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”.

The meeting was attended by authorized representatives of the CIS member states and the CIS Executive Committee.

During the meeting, field specialists discussed the progress of implementing decisions made by the national government customers of the Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS Member States for 2023–2026. At the same time, implementation of measures in 2025 with the approval of technical specifications, design the new project for 2027–2030, strengthening cooperation in the field of radio navigation between the CIS member states, and design the draft new interstate program for the future.

The holding of such meetings in Tajikistan reflects the republic’s growing role in the regional air navigation system and, at the same time, symbolizes effective cooperation between CIS countries in the fields of security and aviation infrastructure development.

It should be noted that in order to improve the level and quality of services in the field of radio technical flight support and aviation telecommunications, with the constant support of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and its branches in Khujand, Bokhtar and Kulob cities, are gradually acquiring and installing modern radio technical equipment for flights, telecommunications systems and meteorological instruments.

These initiatives not only increase the level of professionalism in the industry and flight safety, but also further highlight the strategic role and transit potential of the Republic of Tajikistan in the region. The holding of a number of important regional and international events in the field of air navigation in Tajikistan in recent years is a vivid testimony to the progress and growing authority of our country in the global aviation arena.
