A meeting was conducted at the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” with the participation of Aziz Nabizoda, Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the enterprise management and employees with the high-ranking representatives of the Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In his speech, Davron Shodmonbekzoda, First Deputy Director General of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, welcomed the guests and expressed his opinions on expanding cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of national economy, especially in ensuring air traffic safety and increasing the number of flights between the two countries.

 

During the meeting, information was presented on the enterprise’s capabilities to provide air navigation services to domestic and foreign airlines in the Republic of Tajikistan airspace.

 

During the meeting, issues related to intensifying cooperation on aviation and air navigation, as well as expanding the geography of flights between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, were discussed. Thanks to the support and special attention of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, international cooperation, especially in the field of aviation, is expanding. On the initiative and under the wise leadership of the Head of State, friendly relations and beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of civil aviation are developing and expanding, creating a favourable basis for exchanging experience, strengthening infrastructure and ensuring flight safety. This process reflects the wise and far-sighted policy of the Leader of the Nation in strengthening mutually beneficial relations.

The parties expressed interest in launching cooperation at a new level in the field of air navigation, including the installation of modern air navigation equipment and systems, the training of air traffic control specialists, and the improvement of the level and quality of air navigation services.

During their visit to the enterprise, the guests, as is tradition, got acquainted with the activities of air traffic control specialists and the provision of air navigation services in the control tower and other work premises of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.
