PERFORMANCE OF THE SUE “TAJIKAIRNAVIGATION” ACTIVITIES
The meeting regarding summarizing the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and Dushanbe International Airport activities was conducted in the meeting hall of the airport with the participation of the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Deputy General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Rahimjon Saidzoda, Dushanbe International Airport General Director Zainullo Sharifzoda, specialists and employees.
It was highlighted that with the aim to implement the guidance and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Government of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding to turn Tajikistan to transit country and implement “open skies” policy, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” leadership is paying attention to improve air navigation services quality and access to service providing tools and equipment.
It was informed that during the reporting period, the enterprise and its branches provided services to 36,926 aircraft; this indicates 15,138 units or 29% less compared to 2024. At the same time, the number of transit flights served was 19,718, indicating a 43% decrease in transit flights compared to the same period last year.
Despite the existing shortages, the solar power system installation at the “Fayzobod” independent radio station was completed at the enterprise, and the “Rohde & Schwarz” radio station at the “MURGHOB” repeater facility was put into operation after repairs. At the same time, the installation of the new “VCS 3020X” voice system equipment in Dushanbe was fully completed.
From September 16 to 19, 2025, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” hosted a special meeting of the RDGE-SCM/2025 Regional Coordination Group under the leadership of the representative of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Sven Halle, with the participation of heads of aviation structures, representatives from 15 member countries and 10 domestic and foreign airlines, emphasizing the enterprise interest in developing cooperation with air navigation service providers, presenting the service potential and the enterprise contribution to expanding the geography of flights and turning the Republic of Tajikistan into a transit country.
In conclusion, it was stated that in the framework of implementing the instructions of the country’s top leadership, the agency and adapting the level and quality of air navigation services to ICAO requirements, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” will continue to take timely measures.
