On June 12, 2025, a meeting was held between Loik Begijonzoda, General Director of the State Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”, and Masharsky Zakhar Vladimirovich Dean of the Faculty of Civil Aviation of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy.

The meeting goal was to strengthen cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” and the Belarusian State Aviation Academy in the field of professional qualification of the staff, training courses, the current situation of students studying at the academy at the expense of the Enterprise, and other topical issues of collaboration.

 

At the beginning, Loik Begijonzoda, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”, assessed the visit of the guest as a positive result in strengthening collaboration for the training of specialists. It was emphasized that with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from year to year, the necessary conditions for effective activity are created. Of course, the effectiveness of activity depends largely on qualified specialists. In this regard, gratitude was expressed to the Belarusian State Aviation Academy for support.

It should be noted that, based on a cooperation agreement financed by the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, 30 talented Tajik youth are currently studying and mastering professional skills in this prestigious higher educational institution. Of them, 8 students are continuing their studies in absentia. Taking this opportunity, a dialogue was hosted with the parents of the students on the well-being and level of knowledge of their children.

It was emphasized that in the future, the administration of the Academy will continue to provide better conditions for the improvement of the educational and living conditions of students.

Traditionally, the guest familiarized with the Control Tower and working rooms of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, and after familiarization with the equipment and working process, the employees of the enterprise received high marks.
