SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS BETWEEN DUSHANBE-URUMCHI AIR TRAFFIC SERVICE CENTERS

The signing ceremony of the Protocol of the Meeting and the Memorandum on Cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” and Xinjiang Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau was hosted on the sideline of the 5th meeting of coordination of communication, navigation and control systems for air traffic management (CNS/ATM) of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China.
Protocol of the Meeting was signed between Begijonzoda Loik Begijon General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and Miao Xuan Deputy Director General of Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Memorandum on Cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” and Xinjiang Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau signed between Begijonzoda Loik Begijon General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and Liu Wenci Director General of Xinjiang Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau.
The Memorandum purpose is to develop and strengthen cooperation between SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and Xinjiang Regional ATMB, establish partnership relations, and develop long-term strategic cooperation in the field of air navigation services of the two countries.
In the framework of this document, it is foreseen mutual exchange of experience in the fields of ATC, CNS, aviation meteorology, airspace management and information technology, advanced training and simulator training courses for relevant staff, internal audits on QMS and SMS, mutual exchange of data from the surveillance systems, optimisation and joint development of ATS routes, mutual exchange of meteorological data of the region and exchange of relevant aircraft traffic data between Dushanbe ACC and Urumqi ACC.
It should be reminded that 5th Tajikistan-China CNS/ATM Coordination Meeting was organized in Urumqi.
The parties agreed that the 6th Tajikistan-China CNS/ATM Coordination Meeting will be held in the Republic of Tajikistan.
