Shodmonbekzoda Davron Shodmonbek was born on January 1, 1985 in Kuybyshev district of Khatlon region. In 2006, he graduated Civil Aviation Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Air Transport Traffic Management, Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi with a degree in Organization of Passenger Transportation and Air Transport Management in 2011, Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2014 and Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki with a degree in Social Management in 2018.

Shodmonbekzoda Davron as a young specialist started his activity in the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tojikiston” as Air Traffic Controller in 2006. Then, from 2009 to 2020, he worked diligently at the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” as controller at the launch and taxiing point of the Air Traffic Control Department, Head of the Aerodrome Control Center and Head of the Air Traffic Control Department.
