Akhmadzoda Zafar Ahmad was born on December 14, 1977, in the Republic of Tajikistan in an educated family. In 2001 he graduated Tajik State Cooperative Commercial Institute with a specialization in “Management in Trade and Public Catering”, he graduated Russian-Tajik Slavonic University with a specialization in “Jurisprudence” in 2014 and successfully graduated Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation with a specialization in “Management” in 2016.

Akhmadzoda Zafar started his career in 2010 at the LLC “Air Company Somon Air” as a Luggage Service Manager in the Dushanbe Airport, then he worked as the General Representative of the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tojikiston” in the United Arab Emirates and Deputy Head of Production and Commercial Service of the Open Joint Stock Company “Dushanbe International Airport” from 2012 to 2016.
