Sirojzoda Emomnazar Tojidin was born on June 11, 1973, in Dushanbe. In 2010, he graduated Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi according to specialty “Organization of transportation and management of air transport”, in 2016 Tajik National University with a specialization “Economics and management at enterprises”, and in 2024 Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree “Public Administration”.

Sirojzoda Emomnazar started his career in civil aviation in 2002 as a Receiver of Production and Commercial Service of the State Airline of the Republic of Tajikistan “Tojikiston”, from 2007 to 2009 he worked as the Head of Commercial Warehouse of the Production and Commercial Service of the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tajik Air”, from 2009 to 2012 as supervisor of the Production and Commercial Service of SUE “Dushanbe International Airport”, from 2012 to 2013 as the Deputy Head of Commercial Warehouse of the Production and Commercial Service of OJSC “Dushanbe International Airport”, from 2013 to 2016 as a shift Supervisor of the Central Service Department of the Production and Commercial Service of OJSC “International Airport”. From 2016 to 2025, he started his career in the Administrative and Economic Department of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”, and on July 1, 2025, by order of the General Director, he was appointed Chief of Staff of the General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”.
