From October 24 to 30, 2026, a delegation of 29 employees from the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” underwent specialized training at the Aviation Training Center in the Xinjiang region of the People’s Republic of China, with the aim of enhancing their professional knowledge and skills.
This training program was organized with the initiative of Loik Begijonzoda, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”. Its primary objective is to enhance the professional proficiency of specialists, refine their industry-specific knowledge, and strengthen the safety and efficiency of air navigation services.
In the framework of the training, employees had the opportunity to gain insight into the practices of experts from China’s civil aviation sector, while further developing their own theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Furthermore, this initiative facilitates the study of best practices and the implementation of modern operational methods in air traffic management.
Enhancing the professional preparedness of personnel plays a vital role in ensuring flight safety, improving the quality of air navigation services, and upholding international standards. Consequently, the knowledge and experience acquired by specialists are of particular importance for refining air navigation service operations at the international airports of Dushanbe, Khujand, Bokhtar, and Kulob.
The implementation of such training programs constitutes a key aspect of developing highly qualified specialists and strengthening the professional capacity of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” while also creating a favorable foundation for enhancing the safety and efficiency of air traffic.
