Specialists of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” are engaged in improving the qualifications and expanding professional knowledge and skills in the framework of the second stage of the training program in the People’s Republic of China. The training program was organized at the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Xinjiang Region and is aimed at studying advanced experience in air traffic management, use modern technologies and improving the level of flight safety. During the training, Tajik specialists will get acquainted with new technical and technological systems and learn the practical experience of their Chinese colleagues, which is of great importance for improving their professional activities and adapting them to international standards.
At the same time, in addition to educational activities, joint cultural and sports events are being conducted in order to strengthen friendly relations and expand human cooperation between specialists from the two countries. In particular, a friendly football match was hosted in a warm and sincere atmosphere, which became not only a healthy competition, but also an important means of strengthening friendship, mutual respect and understanding. The participants participated in this event with high spirits and a sense of solidarity, further strengthening the atmosphere of solidarity and mutual acceptance. Such initiatives play important role in enhancing team spirit, developing a culture of cooperation and restoring informal professional ties.
Based on the agreements reached between SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, joint cultural and sports events, including football, volleyball and basketball competitions, will continue to be organized in the framework of improving the qualifications of specialists and exchanging experience. These measures will contribute to strengthening friendly relations, expanding mutual understanding, increasing the level of coordination of professional activities and developing long-term beneficial relations between specialists of the two countries.
It is worth noting that the training program is conducting based on the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” and Air Traffic Management Bureau of Civil Aviation Administration of China, and its goal is to strengthen effective partnership, develop long-term strategic cooperation, and introduce international best practices in the field of air navigation services in the Republic of Tajikistan. Such programs provide a reliable basis for training highly qualified specialists, improving flight safety, and sustainable development of the country’s aviation industry.
