In order to implement the anti-corruption policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” has developed and approved a Departmental Anti-Corruption Program for 2022-2030, in the framework of which the Action Plan is being implemented.
On 15 January 2026, as part of the approved Action Plan, a meeting was hosted at the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” between the management and employees of the enterprise and representatives of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meeting was attended by the inspector of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, Captain of the Anti-Corruption Service Huseinzoda Faiziddin, and senior inspector of the same department, Captain of Justice Abdullozoda Odil Tolib.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that fight against corruption, being the decisive and irrevocable will of the political leadership of the state with the aim of achieving the consolidation of all sensible forces of society, the gradual expansion and practical implementation of the anti-corruption policy, consists of a set of comprehensive preventive measures to ensure the reform of government bodies as a logical continuation of the constructive policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It was also noted that in order to prevent insufficient knowledge among employees about the basics of professional ethics and the nature of corruption, as well as to achieve the goals of the “National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030” and this program, a number of measures are being implemented at the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”. In particular, it is planned to improve regulatory and legal acts, implement measures to improve effective management, provide continuous professional development, create the necessary material and technical conditions for the effective work of employees, take additional measures to develop human resources, maintain official and executive discipline, and conduct anti-corruption training for employees.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that in the future, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” will take all necessary and timely measures to raise anti-corruption awareness among employees, strengthen work discipline, promote transparency in financial and economic activities, developing a legal culture, strengthening professional ethics, creating the environment of zero tolerance for corruption, preventing corruption within the enterprise, and enhancing the role and image of the enterprise in society.
