As previously reported, with the aim of improving qualifications, exchanging experience and obtaining industry certificates, a group of specialists from the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” visited the Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China on a study tour.
During the training, employees got closely acquainted with best practices, new technologies and modern air traffic management methods implemented in the Chinese air navigation system. This opportunity lays the important foundation for improving skills and applying modern methods in the Tajikistan air navigation system.
The organization of such training courses at Chinese aviation training centres provides broad opportunities for sharing experience and, in the future, improving flight safety.
Upon completion of the training, Tajik specialists were awarded the relevant certificates. This training and enrolment in courses were conducted in accordance with international requirements, in particular, in accordance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), and are aimed at strengthening the professional capabilities of specialists and ensuring that air navigation services comply with international standards.
