In order to participate in the 7th Coordination Meeting on Communication, Navigation and Air Traffic Management Systems (CNS/ATM) of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China, representatives of the Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB) of the Xinjiang Region of the Civil Aviation Administration of China visited the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the activities of air traffic management specialists and the provision of air navigation services at the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” in the control tower and other working rooms.
At the beginning of the Tajikistan and China CNS/ATM meeting, the First Deputy General Director of the enterprise, Davron Shodmonbekzoda, welcomed the guests on behalf of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” General Director, Loik Begijonzoda. It was emphasized that thanks to the efforts and initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, a strategic partnership has been established between Tajikistan and China, and along with other sectors of the national economy, mutual beneficial cooperation in the field of aviation and air navigation is developing. It was stated that, as part of the efforts of the heads of the two countries, the new “POMIR-AGVUT” corridor was opened and the transit potential of the Republic of Tajikistan was presented to international airlines.
The 7th Coordination Meeting on Communication, Navigation and Air Traffic Management Systems (CNS/ATM) of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China will continue its work until October 29, 2025, in Dushanbe and is expected to conclude with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
In order to support the government’s goal of developing tourism and promoting Tajik culture, as well as increasing the number of tourists, the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” organized a cultural tour for guests from the People’s Republic of China.
