PARTICIPATION SUE “TAJIKAIRNAVIGATION” AT THE 41ST MEETING OF THE EURASIA COORDINATION COUNCIL

On October 1, 2025, the 41st meeting of the Eurasia Coordination Council began in Gyumri, Republic of Armenia. The event was attended by representatives of air navigation service providers from seven countries – Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. At the same time, delegates from the aviation industry and specialized organizations are invited to participate.

The Republic of Tajikistan was represented at this meeting by employees of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”. The issues of airspace development were the focus of the discussions. The agenda includes prospects for joint projects, modernization and development of infrastructure, as well as the introduction of systematic approaches to planning in air navigation.

One of the main topics was the discussion of the Concept for Harmonizing the National Air Traffic Management Systems of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Participants reviewed a draft plan of priority measures for its implementation, which is an important step towards creating a single and effective airspace. The next meeting of the Eurasian Coordination Council will be conducted in September 2026 in the Republic of Belarus.

It should be noted that the meeting of the Eurasia Coordination Council in Gyumri underscores the participating countries’ desire to deepen integration in the field of air navigation and to jointly seek solutions to improve the efficiency and safety of air traffic in the region.
